Mark arrives Sat evening after martial arts tournament on Fri night or Sat morning.

Harry has to leave Mon morning (maybe Sun night, he says).

Steve and Mark are leaving together Wed morning so that Steve can catch a train south that afternoon.

Eternal and other gaming schedule

Thurs and Fri: Harry, Michael, and me: Computer games? Titan? Divine Right? Wiz War?

Fri nite: Don arrives. Eternal gaming -- Steve in NPC mode, Harry plays Sven or Marvin? Don brings Harry's PC up to date?

Sat: Phil arrives noonish. Don brings Phil's and Harry's PCs up to date. Me and Michael go pick up Steve.

Sat eve: Mark arrives. Phil, Harry, and Don start making dinner (steaks?) around 6 pm. Michael, Steve and me arrive around 6:30ish. We all have dinner. Phil leaves after dinner? Eternal gaming after dinner.

Sun: Eternal gaming all day long!

Mon: Harry leaves this morning. More gaming. Phil arrives noonish, leaves that same evening.

Tues: Gaming -- maybe Central gaming? Don leaves evening.

Wed: Pack up and depart.

Activity notes

There's tons or recreation activities to do there: TV, basketball, volleyball, three bikes, ping pong, foosball, pool, and more! Of course, we just care about gaming. Prime Eternal D&D will be the time when we all overlap. Central gaming is an option after Harry takes off. Us two Michaels are bringing computers -- anyone else?

Probably we'll do most of our eating on site -- which comes equipped with a fireplace and grill. I say, let the early arrivals do the food shopping so that we don't have to waste time on it after Mark and Steve arrive.

Cost: $650 for the whole Thurs-Wed reunion, plus a $200 refundable security deposit. Mark needs a check from everybody for about $108 as soon as possible. His mailing address is: Mark Batarseh, 2429 Nottingham Dr, Falls Church, VA 22043. Each driver will also have to pay a separate $2 fee per vehicle on arrival.

Check-in and check-out: In 3:00 pm on Thursday and out 12:00 noon on Wednesday, but if we need to get in earlier, they can probably accomodate us. We just need to let them know well ahead of time. Also, the office closes at 5:00 pm, so if the first Thursday arrival is going to be later than that, we need to inform them. Mark, who made the arrangements, gave them everyone's name and authorized all to check-in in Mark's absence, since he won't arrive the first day.

Linens and beds: We have to furnish our own sheets and towels, so we will have to divvy up the beds beforehand. There are:

• 2 doubles
• 3 singles
• 1 sofa bed of unknown size

Mark has dibs on the queen, on account of he found the place!

Poconos -- Towamensing Trails, Lake Harmony, Pa. -- right off of I-80 in the Poconos, near the I-380 interchange. To get there:

Philadelphia, South Jersey, Delaware & Maryland Area:

Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 35 (POCONO RESORTS). At traffic light turn left, follow Rte. 940 East for 1/4 mile. Our office is the 2nd building on the left past the Ramada Inn.

New York, Northern and Central New Jersey Area:
