The names of places on Tol Faeg are given below in bastardized Elvish and in English. You could say that the Elvish is bastardized because of the influence of the Old Empire, or you could say it is because my Elvish skill is pretty minimal!
Tol Faeg = Rottnes Isle
Caras Aran = Town (not walled) King = Kingstown
Regiron Falassë = Thorn-Son Beach = Thomson Bay
Andaranco Falassë = Long-Arm Beach = Longreach Bay.
In Bing = The Bows = The Guns
(Note: Peng = Bow, I Beng = The Bow, Ping = Bows, In Bing = The Bows)
Yrch = York
(With no "natural" word to mean "York," I chose this because it is the closest Elvish homonym. Note: "Yrch" means "Orcs"!)
Here are a few more bits of information known to John Me -- later recounted to other Eternal party members.
Mage: There is a decent fellow, a mage, on the island. His name is Sonethos of Caras Aran (Kingstown). He is now in possession of the former Whorfin's Comm-Link (through a series of events too tedious to relate). He has been investigating a magic portal.
Magic Portal: There is a magic portal on the island that blips adventurers to a strange world with one sun, to a mineral quarry run by strange metal golems and machines.
Travel: It is one day's sail from Yallambi to Tol Faeg.
