Past Gods
Details on the nature of worship when a particular diety is not specified.
In my past lives, I've honored these gods, among others:
Corellon/Manwe, the Great Elf God
Solonor, Elf God of Archers and Hunting
Orome, another Elf God of Hunting (or the same one?)
The Muse, Greek God of Poetry and Song
Poseidon, Greek God of the Ocean
Kree, God of Creation and Magic
Nessa, Elf God of Nature, Gardens, and Dance
Common threads: Elvish, Good, Natural, Arts, Hunting
My character honors a spectrum of gods, specifically, all of those listed above and all gods with dominion over three of the five threads listed above. The specific god is not very important. Since my character is not a cleric, I don't get followers, and I am not responsible for any preaching. To compensate for honoring many gods, I also donate 10% of my wealth to worthy NPC causes - which is not otherwise required by any skill.
The question remains of how my character copes with the Temporal Bubble that surrounds the planet and normally blocks contact between a god and a cleric. My character, as an aspect of his Eternal nature, can contact gods through the Temporal Bubble as if it were not there. Net benefit: none, except normal use of priest spell casting skills as usual. Net detriment: my character cannot use spells that directly contact a diety, such as Augury, Divination, Commune, and Gate.
