Constant Water (Reversible)

Level: 3 Priest

Range: Touch

Components: V, S, M

Duration: Permanent

Casting Time: 5 rounds

Area of Effect: 1 5 in. diameter opening

Saving Throw: none

Explanation/Description: This spell duplicates the first level cleric spell create water, except that the creation is continual. The spell must be cast on the mouth of some vessel, for the water will seem to flow from it. This spell cannot be cast on a living being, and neither can its reverse, Constant Dry. The reverse is usually used in conjunction with a Constant Water spell, as the two balance each other. Water can be created or destroyed at a rate of five gallons per minute. The material component of this spell is a sprinkle of holy water, and the reverse's is a pinch of dry dust. Note that the vessel / opening on which the spell is cast must be stationery, and if moved more than five inches with respect to its surroundings, the spell ends.
