History & Notes

This young lad hails from a Barbarian coastal community a good 2 weeks sail South of New Avalon.  His first and last adventuring party was destroyed by a tribe of mad Were-Bears in the deep jungle. He was the sole survivor.  After this event Trembul decided he would return home to his village.  He stayed several months, collected a travelling party and headed up to "civilization" (i.e. New Avalon).  Here he parted company with his friends and stay in the city alone for a time (a year).  During this time he has had many minor adventures within and outside the city.  

Trembul has heard of many rumors of a mighty band of adventures (aliens some say, not of this world), one of these men was of distant barbarian blood. He caught up with the famous Nomad, followed him about for a many of weeks (unknown to Nomad) and saw him in action. Trembul then decided that he would offer his services to one so great.  

Nomad has discovered that Trembul has a slight character quirk.  If this NPC is left for long periods of time (10 days or more) unattended or without a specific task given then there is only a 60% chance that any given PC (including Nomad) will be able to find him quickly.  When off on these "Personal Adventures" he typically returns to a know hangout or contact point within 1D30 days.

Sometimes Trembul, when not at the Eternal house or with Nomad, often associates himself with a small group of low-level, New Avalon Guild thieves that frequent the same local pub and share similar drinking habits.  He finds them highly amusing.  Trembul is somewhat naive about the big picture.

Trembul does not speak first to those people (including Eternals) that are outside his Barbarian Relaxation of Restrictions.  He will engage in conversation with these only if spoken to first.  And then politely and in short direct sentences and words.  This is his polite and politically correct (non-violent) way of getting along with filthy, demon-dog-eared, high level users of magic.  The only exception to this rule is with Nomad, of course.
